Manuel Builders is seeking a Custom Home Building Consultant to drive sales growth, develop business opportunities, strengthen community relationships, and guide homeowners through the exciting journey of building their dream home.
What You'll Do

Generate new business and grow market share
Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, and community partners
Lead sales efforts and exceed performance goals
Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, design, and construction teams
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through home completion

What We're Looking For

Proven success in sales, business development, or marketing
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Professional presence with a passion for customer service
Real estate, homebuilding, or construction experience is a must

Earnings Expectations

First Year - $80,000 - $105,000
Second Year - $120,000 - $150,000

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors Degree
2-3 years business development, sales and/or marketing

General assessment skills

Offers suggestions and/or ideas for change in a respectful and knowledgeable manner
Exudes honesty and integrity within a professional image
Demeanor is steady and consistent
Presents Manuel Builders in best possible light
Obtains and passes on relevant information to others who should know
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech
