Join our dynamic team as a Permanent Mortgage Loan Post Closer. This role requires a keen eye for detail and passion for excellence. You will be integral to our mortgage team, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of closed loan files. Responsibilities Review all closed loan files for accuracy and completeness. Work closely with title companies to resolve issues or discrepancies. Activate Mortgage Insurance Certificates and ensure documentation is in place. Identify and address missing documentation or file deficiencies within specified timelines. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth closing process. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in mortgage industry, specifically loan closing or post-closing. Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong knowledge of conventional and government loans. Experience working with title companies. Familiarity with Mortgage Insurance Certificate activation. Proven ability to address missing documentation within timelines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
