Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email. Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs and recommend appropriate products. Build positive, long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Work toward individual and team sales goals. Keep customer information and follow-up activities organized. Work closely with the rest of the team to provide a great customer experience. What We’re Looking For Friendly and comfortable talking with new people. Good communication and listening skills. No previous insurance experience required. Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license. We’ll provide guidance and support as you work through the licensing process.
