Management Trainee

POW is expanding our Dallas team and looking for motivated people who want to learn business, develop leadership skills, and grow into management.

This is a hands-on Management Trainee position where you'll start by learning our customer acquisition, sales, event marketing, and brand representation process. As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and begin training and leading others.

No management experience is required. We provide paid training and hands-on coaching.

What You'll Learn

As a Management Trainee, you'll gain experience in several areas of the business, including:
