About the Role

Join a new and growing local delivery partner program focused on building partnerships with small and mid-sized businesses throughout the region. As a Field Sales & Business Development Representative, you'll combine face-to-face sales, community outreach, and relationship building to help expand a network of local delivery partners.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and engage local businesses through in-person outreach within your assigned territory.

• Present partnership opportunities and help businesses understand the benefits of joining the network.

• Qualify prospective partners and guide them through the application and onboarding process.

• Build referral partnerships with local organizations, chambers of commerce, and community leaders.

• Attend networking events, town halls, and community recruitment activities.

• Track leads, pipeline activity, and follow-up efforts in Salesforce.

• Provide exceptional customer support and help resolve onboarding challenges.

• Drive territory growth through consistent outreach and relationship management.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, account management, or business development.

• Outside sales or field sales experience preferred.

• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid field and remote position supporting the Elmira, Horseheads, Corning, and surrounding areas. You can expect to spend most of your week meeting with local businesses, attending community events, and building partnerships throughout the region. Administrative work, reporting, and Salesforce management can be completed remotely. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to play a key role in launching a new program within the local business community.

This is a Contract position based out of Frankfort, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.50/hr.
