BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Washington, UT 84780 . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism.

Position Details  

• Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician 
• Location: Washington, UT 84780
• Pay: $22/hr 
• Schedule: M-F (8-5) 
• Start Date: Immediately
• Opportunity Type: Contract‑to‑Hire 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Complete and troubleshoot apartment service requests independently 

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs 

• Handle unit turns including drywall, painting, and minor renovations 

• Repair appliances, fixtures, and locks 

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds 

Minimum Requirements (Must Have):  

• Previous maintenance, construction, or renovation experience 

• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day 

• Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred) 

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance 

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
