Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000–$85,000 annually , based on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus and/or loan payment assistance
• Most employees also see an extra 2-4k per year in productivity bonuses
• Compensation based on clock-in/clock-out time
• Flexible compensation models may include additional pay-per-visit options

Flexible Schedule Options

Schedule options may include:

• Traditional five-day schedule
• Four 10-hour days
• Other flexible scheduling arrangements

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
• One or more years of pediatric experience preferred
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
