Experienced Service Advisor Needed – Bob Bell Chevrolet Bel Air Potential to earn $100K+ annually At Bob Bell Chevrolet, we strive to make every customer a customer for life. We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Main Shop team. This is a great opportunity to maximize your earning potential while growing with a trusted, family-owned dealership group. Responsibilities
- Welcome customers promptly and professionally
- Gather and record customer and vehicle information
- Accurately communicate customer concerns and vehicle symptoms to technicians
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
- Prepare clear and accurate estimates for parts and labor
- Set follow-up expectations and provide frequent status updates to customers
- Track repair progress throughout the day to ensure timely service
- Review final invoices to confirm accuracy with completed work
- Explain services performed, recommendations, and charges to customers
- Proven record of achieving high customer satisfaction
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High energy, integrity, and professionalism
- Desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- CDK software experience (preferred)
