Job Description Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for Concierge Physician for a confidential primary care practice in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, CA. This is a permanent full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. About the role You will practice within a high-touch, team-based model to oversee the comprehensive health and well-being of a select patient panel. Working alongside a Registered Nurse and a Patient Care Administrator, you will participate in regular team huddles, coordinate proactive care plans, and deliver personalized, relationship-driven medicine. Key responsibilities Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with a curated patient panel. Manage chronic and acute illness, preventive care, and episodic injuries. Conduct well checks and occasional in-home visits when clinically appropriate. Provide after-hours phone access for continuity of care. Monitor physical and psychological well-being and coordinate referrals as needed. Lead and mentor your care team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Produce individualized health summaries and care plans to guide patients and the team. Candidate profile 5 years full-time clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a high-volume setting (e.g., large hospital system or multi-site practice). Mission-driven clinicians with experience serving diverse or underserved populations. Strong collaborators who share best practices and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Intellectually curious and open to integrating modern diagnostics and preventive care tools. Requirements Active California medical license. Active DEA registration. Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Preventive Medicine.
