Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a recognized residency program in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or current holder of) an active Georgia medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are desirable.
