Quality Control SpecialistOrganization and attention to detail is HUGE. Healthcare but preferred pharmaceutical/compounding background is helpful because they'll know the importance of cleanliness. Need knowledge (schooling or work experience) working with microbiology equipment (incubation of samples on a plate).Some of what to expect:Unbox materialsSign in items received and fill out a little paperworkSticking approval sticker and putting them away in appropriate locationImportant that labels are printed correctly on the products (right dosage, info, etc.)Operate software for special label printer (will train)Monitor printer to make sure labels are printed correctly and keeping track of the number printed; making sure they're stored correctly"Think microbiology type situation" (cleanliness of a doctor going into surgery but not that extreme)Will need to gown properly (protective equipment, wash correctly).
