Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing, bottling, warehouse, or production environment preferred Experience working on production lines or in high-volume labor roles is a plus Familiarity with safety procedures and food/beverage manufacturing standards preferred Job Duties Sort, inspect, and stack empty crates, shells, trays, and returnable bottles Remove shrink wrap from shell pallets and place materials into recycling bales Supply shells to production lines to maintain continuous operations Remove empty shells from production areas and transport them to staging locations Perform repetitive lifting and handling of materials up to 50 lbs. Maintain clean and organized work areas, conveyor systems, and storage zones Monitor shell flow and report shortages or line issues to supervisors Assist with production line startup and shutdown activities Follow all safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP requirements Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment Sweep floors, remove debris, and clean work areas throughout the shift Support additional production and warehouse duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work continuously throughout the shift Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and stack up to 50 lbs.
