Job Overview The Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) Finance organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our team based out of the McKinney, TX site, supporting the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) and Electro-Optical Infrared Solutions (EO/IRS) businesses. This position will be responsible for the daily business execution and financial activities for a set of programs mainly produced out of the McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center. Responsibilities Cost/schedule control and analysis, forecasting, estimate-at-completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting for assigned programs. Frequent collaboration with Program Managers, CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance. Personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts. Drive the finance process to influence EVM policies and procedures and ensure adherence to BOM traceability, production labor, and production support labor. Actively identify risks affecting cost and/or schedule and provide proactive analysis of all financial aspects of projects. Perform additional ad‑hoc analysis as required. Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of prior relevant experience; advanced degree in a related field preferred. Experience using SAP business systems. Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Experience using PRISM EV (preferred). Ability to interface and conduct business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc.) in program development and execution. Excellent organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals with priority setting and deadline management. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to prepare and present written briefs and summaries to customers, organization, and peers. Demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve results. Ability to quickly learn and utilize required systems/tools and independently create and analyze data accurately.
