Coordinator, Human Resources

Position Purpose Carries the administrative load of hiring and running the site's workforce in a rural labor market, so operating leaders are not doing it between shifts. Key Responsibilities Run site recruiting, including sourcing, scheduling, background checks, drug screens and physicals. Onboard new hires, including orientation, badging, personal protective equipment issue and system access. Administer timekeeping, shift differentials, overtime and payroll input for hourly staff. Support benefits enrollment, leave administration and employee relations matters. Maintain personnel records, training records and compliance documentation. Manage site administration, including reception, visitor control, travel and office services. Build relationships with local colleges, workforce boards and community organizations to develop the hiring pipeline. Required Qualifications Five or more years in human resources or site administration, ideally in manufacturing. Working knowledge of Texas and federal employment law basics. High volume hourly recruiting experience. Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information. Preferred Qualifications PHR or SHRM CP certification. Existing network in the regional industrial labor market. Bilingual English and Spanish. #J-18808-Ljbffr
