Responsibilities As a Warehouse Lead , you will play a crucial role in managing the distribution of doors and windows within a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the warehouse, leading a team, and maintaining organization and efficiency in the handling of our building materials. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse, focusing on the proper handling, storage, and distribution of doors and windows. Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support. Ensure safety standards and quality control are consistently maintained. Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products. Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee order fulfillment processes. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations, particularly with building materials, is a plus. Leadership experience or a strong desire to lead a team. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Ability to commute to Wilmington, NC (Required). Benefits Competitive Pay : $16 - $18 per hour depending on experience. Stable Schedule : Consistent Monday through Friday schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
