The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices, proficiency in ADP payroll processing, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Quickboks. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Accounting Duties: Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Generate financial reports and statements to support management in decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations. General knowledge of payroll Excel and Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to create, manage, and analyze financial data. Develop complex spreadsheets to track and report financial metrics. Automate data processes and create macros to streamline financial reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting Proficiency in Quickbooks online. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
