Use of 1+ software environments for data analytics such as performance stability, confidence interval determination, outcome prediction, sample size determination.Gather data manually or via implementation of a measuring system such as time studies, data mining from systems, or through SAP.Use lean principles such as waste identification and elimination, theory of constraints, and 1-piece flow to evaluate opportunities for improvement.Develop assigned projects by including measurement system needs, resource requirements, and expected outcomes.Implement business strategic initiatives in a sustainable manner by working with cross functional teams and communicating with key stakeholders.Evaluate physical workstations and layouts for ergonomic improvements, waste, repeatability, visual management, and operator satisfaction.Recommend material storage and presentation methods to the assembly line.Join Textron and build a career where your work makes an impact, your ideas are valued, and your growth is supported.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, Industrial Engineering preferred Years of Experience: 0+ years of experience required, previous internship or project management experience preferred Software Knowledge: Statistical analysis tools (Excel, MiniTab, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite CAD (NX or SolidWorks)/SAP/MES, Team Center, and Power BI experience preferred Job Field: ManufacturingJob Type: Entry JobSchedule: Full-timeShift: First ShiftJob Level: Individual Contributor
