Corporate Event Coordinator - Los Angeles, CA (Onsite) We are a dynamic, growth-focused organization seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Event Coordinator to design and execute impactful experiences. In this role, you will enjoy a supportive environment that champions your professional development while you directly influence our evolving culture and strategic priorities. Your Impactful Responsibilities

• Architect Experiences: Drive the planning process for multi-channel projects, including live experiential events, digital customer journeys, and video production, from initial concept to completion.

• Optimize Execution: Manage event elements meticulously, overseeing venue management, audio/visual technology, food and beverage, accommodations, and budget management.

• Build Partnerships: Cultivate effective professional relationships with key internal stakeholders, business units, and vendors to negotiate contracts and mitigate risks.

• Ensure Excellence: Oversee onsite attendee health, safety, and live travel status, while developing lessons learned to continuously improve future meetings.

Essential Qualifications for Success

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in meeting and event planning.

• Proficiency in CVENT, virtual event platforms, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.

• Creative problem-solver demonstrating sound judgment in resolving matters of moderate complexity under limited direction.
