What You’ll Do Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support underwriting of Setpoint’s potential investment opportunities. Prepare internal memoranda and materials to support investment recommendations and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing borrowers. Assess the performance of existing investments, including collateral and operating companies. Evaluate market conditions for existing and potential new investments; provide analysis to inform asset allocation decisions. Support execution of new investments and ad‑hoc projects as they arise. You Should Have 2‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably in structured credit, private equity, or investment banking. A desire to learn, take on new challenges, and be highly self‑motivated. Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Benefits & Compensation Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 OTE, dependent on factors such as skills, experience, location, and other qualifications.
