Growth Associate Location: New York City, NY (Onsite, 5 days/week) Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 base | $150,000 – $200,000 OTE + equity Visa Sponsorship: None available Experience Level: 1–3 years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company A venture-backed, AI-powered customer-research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours, not months. The product analyzes conversations, surfaces themes, and helps customers make faster, smarter decisions. Entirely product-led with viral distribution, and growing fast — an eight-figure run-rate within its first year, with strong inbound from large enterprises. The Role Work directly with the Head of Growth to help scale the company from an eight-figure run-rate to nine-figure ARR. The role spans campaign execution, growth experimentation, events and conferences, operations and analytics, and product-led growth — cross-functional work across Growth, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the founding team. No task is too small when it helps move the company forward. What You'll Be Doing Campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, events, SEO/AEO, paid media, and outbound Growth experimentation: rapid testing across acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels Events and conferences: planning and executing conferences, dinners, webinars, and field marketing Operations and analytics: track campaign performance, build reports, analyze funnel data Product-led growth: collaborate with product and engineering on onboarding, lifecycle, referral, and viral growth initiatives Requirements One of: (a) 1-2 years of growth experience + good school, OR (b) 1-3 years of finance/consulting + top-15 school (must be exceptional if no growth experience) Highly proactive and resourceful: figures things out quickly, jumps into unfamiliar problems Analytical and detail-oriented, but also creative and willing to test unconventional ideas Clear communicator who moves quickly and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments NYC 5 days a week in-person Green Flags B2B SaaS experience Growth experimentation track record GTM systems experience Background in startups, particularly high-growth, top-tier-backed environments Red Flags Mid-career operator with rigid scope expectations.
