Sales Representative – Dallas, Texas TruGreen is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to serve homeowners in the Dallas area. As the face of our brand, you will introduce personalized lawn care solutions and build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs and deliver customized solutions. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach, demonstrating professionalism, energy, and positive rapport. Convert inquiries into signed contracts using a proven sales methodology. Log interactions, track performance, and maintain accurate data in the CRM. Cross‑sell and upsell additional services to enhance customer value. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (PhD in People Skills encouraged). Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; passion and drive essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and self‑starter mindset. Proficiency with mobile technology and basic data entry. Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Residency in the United States while performing the job.
