As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated, positive, and detail-oriented Logistics Operator/Coordinator to join our team located in Azusa. Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate truck movements and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Serve as the primary contact for truck drivers, providing support and resolving any operational issues.
• Communicate frequently with customers, providing updates and handling any inquiries or issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy in logistics operations and service delivery.
• Manage and track freight, ensuring that all documentation and shipments are accurate and compliant with company standards.
• Frequently communicate via email with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipments, schedules, and updates.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and provide reports as needed.
• Assist with other logistics and operations-related tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Data Analysis or a related field from an accredited four-year college, or equivalent experience.
• No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn quickly is essential.
• Prior experience or understanding of logistics, customer service, or supply chain is a plus but not required.
• Fluency in Mandarin (required) and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle numerical data accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly via email and phone.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the demands of logistics operations.
