Shift Details 30–35 hours/week; Friday attendance not mandatory Job Description Support global pet food exports by preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory documentation, including USDA submissions and Health Certificates. Ensure the accuracy, tracking, and timely distribution of export documentation to international destinations to prevent shipment delays. Maintain regulatory records, submission trackers, and compliance logs using Google Sheets, SAP, AO Docs, and other internal systems. Partner with logistics, shipping, quality, and cross‑functional teams to ensure all export documentation meets government and customer requirements. Perform detailed document verification, leveraging AI‑assisted tools while manually reviewing all information for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–3 years of experience in compliance, logistics, regulatory affairs, or document control.
