As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle - (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) OR CPI -

COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required.

• The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) performs cardio-pulmonary evaluation, respiratory care, life support and education of the patient, family and public.
• Works with in and out patients of all ages with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system following established protocols or the prescription of a physician.
• Can perform respiratory care duties in all areas of the hospital.

Requirement description :
NRP, BLS, PALS, ACLS- [REQUIRED]
Labor + Delivery/Neonatal Resuscitation Experience- [REQUIRED]
NBRC RRT + NYS License- [REQUIRED]
Associate's in Accredited Respiratory Care Program- [REQUIRED]
Critical Care Proficient- [ REQUIRED]

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
