Registered Nurse - Full Time - Nights

Role Provides patient care utilizing the Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability. Coordinates care with other departments, functions within the scope of nursing practice, and adheres to ethical standards and institutional guidelines. Responsibilities Delivers comprehensive nursing care across various units, supports patient safety, and maintains standards of practice. Works in a dynamic Float Pool environment, gaining broad clinical experience in units like Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, Oncology, and more. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience, nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred), current RN license in Missouri, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
