Mesmer Refrigeration & Equipment Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Refrigeration Sales Representative to grow our sales presence throughout Western New York. This position is focused exclusively on commercial refrigeration equipment, service agreements, and replacement opportunities.

Position Summary:

The Commercial Refrigeration Sales Representative will be responsible for developing relationships with grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, schools, food distributors, cold storage facilities, and other commercial customers. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, generate leads, quote projects, and close sales related to refrigeration equipment and services.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and customer visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial refrigeration customers.
• Identify refrigeration replacement and upgrade opportunities.
• Promote preventative maintenance agreements and service contracts.
• Assist customers in selecting refrigeration equipment that meets their needs.
• Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain a weekly sales activity log and pipeline report.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
• Refrigeration, HVAC, food service equipment, or mechanical industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary plus commission OR commission-based compensation (depending on experience).
