School Speech Language Pathologist - Oceanside, California

A school-based contract opportunity is available for multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to serve students from PreK through 8th grade during the 2026-2027 school year. This role is located in Oceanside, CA, offering the chance to work within a dynamic educational environment dedicated to student growth and communication development.


Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy services to students across varying grade levels. Collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams is essential to support student progress and promote effective communication skills in the classroom setting.


Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid SLP certification/licensure with qualification to practice in school settings
• Proven experience working with PreK-8 student populations in schools
• Ability to administer and interpret standardized speech and language assessments
• Strong skills in designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to engage with school staff and families
• Knowledge of educational regulations and compliance related to speech therapy in schools
