Production Team Lead- 2nd shift- ACI Oshkosh Advanced Coatings is seeking a qualified team leader to engage, motivate and set a strong example for our employees while managing the E-Coat Line at our Oshkosh Facility. As a team leader, you will be the primary point of contact for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, enforcing company policy and ensuring goals are achieved efficiently and safely.
