Job Description

• Help Senior Project Managers in leading large ground-up multifamily, podium construction projects ranging from $20M-$60M.
• Support all phases of project delivery: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
• Help ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and cost reports

The Successful Applicant

• Prior experience assisting with ground-up construction projects valued at $10M+
• Experience supporting large scale multifamily construction projects is a plus
• Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager large, ground-up multifamily, podium, mid-rise, or similarly complex vertical commercial construction is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
