AutoHaus on Edens is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager / Desk Manager to help lead our high-performing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, believes in coaching and accountability, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience.

We're looking for someone who leads by example, builds relationships with both customers and staff, and understands how to drive performance through process, leadership, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily new vehicle sales operations, including desking deals and inventory management.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales consultants to maximize performance and professional growth.
Drive showroom traffic, sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction through consistent leadership and accountability.
Structure and desk deals while working closely with the Finance Department to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Ensure every customer receives a first-class Mercedes-Benz ownership experience.
Monitor sales activities, CRM usage, and follow-up processes to maintain a disciplined sales culture.
Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve dealership sales objectives and long-term growth.
