Duties

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems
• Conduct engaging interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Source candidates through social media marketing (recruitment), campus recruitment events, cold calling, and research to generate a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
• Negotiate job offers and employment contracts while ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards.
• Maintain strong relationship management with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Support onboarding activities including employee orientation and employee evaluation processes to ensure smooth integration into the company.

Skills

• Proven ability in recruiting, including full cycle recruiting, executive recruiting, and internal recruiting processes.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring teams.
• Familiarity with talent management software
• Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards.
• Experience with social media management (recruitment) for sourcing and employer branding purposes.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to conduct research on industry trends and candidate pools to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Skills in training & development initiatives related to talent acquisition best practices and succession planning.
• Demonstrated relationship management skills to build long-term partnerships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
