Trust & Safety Specialist

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Trust & Safety Specialist will review various media types for compliance with guidelines, manage content moderation queues, and support project engagements while adhering to privacy policies and enhancing tooling processes. Key responsibilities Review and moderate content, including images, videos, and text, to identify violations of guidelines and policies Manage ticketing and content moderation queues to prioritize assignments with supervision Support projects and continuous improvement efforts by collaborating with senior colleagues and reporting issues to tooling teams Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in roles requiring privacy and discretion, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field 6+ months of experience in a specialty compliance area (technical or legal) 1+ year of experience writing and reviewing JavaScript Experience working with content moderation tools or in cybersecurity Familiarity with version control systems
