Business Analysts Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70802 Duration: 09/01/2020 and end 06/30/2024. State of LA Pay Rate: $45/hr on w2 all inclusive Business Analysts - EA Platform Identify and document relevant business processes contained in the current EA platform; Identify approaches to addressing EA Platform team processes in new, modernized application development environments; Recommend eliminating, retaining, or enhancing business processes and documenting those results Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: Business Analysts - EA Platform Two (2) years' experience conducting business process analysis Two (2) years' experience creating workflow and other graphical process design Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Enterprise Change Management Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Enterprise Release Management Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: Business Analysts - EA Platform Enterprise documentation creation via Visio Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles ITIL v3 framework for IT Service Management (ITSM) with a Foundation certification level at a minimum ITSM applications (i.e. Remedy, ServiceNow, Ivanti Service Manager, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
