Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinic-based behavioral services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard daytime hours Status: Exempt Compensation Salary Range: $50,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience, credentials, and qualifications. Benefits Generous paid time off package plus paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible remote work opportunities Professional development and continuing education support Paid conference registration opportunities Leadership development and career advancement resources Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral and developmental assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings and client needs Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, making treatment modifications as appropriate Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical and professional standards Facilitate caregiver training to promote skill generalization and successful implementation of behavioral strategies across settings Collaborate with families, multidisciplinary providers, educators, and community partners to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, treatment plans, and clinical reports Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities Qualifications Required Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), BCBA-D, or BCaBA certification in good standing Eligibility for state licensure where applicable Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based intervention strategies Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Why Join Our Team?
