Join a growing small OB/GYN private practice in a suburban area, contributing to a team of 3 OB/GYNs, 1 Primary Care physician, and 2 Mid-Level Providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide obstetric and gynecologic care to a patient volume of 20-25 patients daily.
- Share call duties on a 1:4 basis.
- Work approximately 32 clinic hours per week, including a 1:4 Saturday schedule.
Qualifications & Skills
- Competent in OB/GYN clinical practices.
- Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload efficiently.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting around $250K-$275K, with bonuses based on collections, leading to total compensation of $325K-$400K+.
