Description What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical lab analysesincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established procedures with precision.
• Evaluate test results for consistency, troubleshoot imperfections, and oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection efforts, and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory processes, mentor new team members, and support the maintenance of laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
