Location: Greater Pikeville, KY Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $13.50/hour (Weekly Pay Available) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Enjoy Your Evenings & Weekends Off!

Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do
- Greet customers with a positive, professional attitude.
- Process cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with questions and provide outstanding service.
- Balance cash drawer and maintain transaction records.
- Handle phone inquiries and direct customers as needed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and customer-ready.
- Support team members with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous cashier, retail, customer service, or office support experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Cash handling and balancing experience.
- Administrative or clerical support experience.
