Business Program Manager II – Supply Chain Operations
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Program Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain Operations, Program Management, and Hardware/Product Launch Execution. This role will drive critical supply chain initiatives, ensuring successful program builds through effective coordination with suppliers, contract manufacturers, logistics teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing material readiness, supply risk mitigation, and operational execution across complex programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution for supply chain and operations initiatives.
- Drive material readiness activities to ensure successful product builds and launch schedules.
- Track and manage second-source qualification activities and allocation delivery plans.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers, Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and logistics teams to ensure component and material availability.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks that may impact program timelines.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and key performance metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, manage escalations, and ensure accountability across teams.
- Monitor program health through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Establish and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and program scalability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain program documentation.
- Track and report progress against program goals, milestones, and OKRs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of Program Management, Supply Chain Program Management, or Operations Program Management experience.
- Experience working with suppliers and Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
- Strong understanding of material readiness, supply planning, allocation management, and logistics operations.
- Experience identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hardware product launches or New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
- Background in consumer electronics, devices, manufacturing, or technology operations.
- Experience with global supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to independently manage low-to-medium complexity programs.
