Nestled between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, our resort is just 15 minutes north of Santa Barbara and offers guests a unique blend of nature, comfort, and adventure. What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by:
Welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answering questions and providing local recommendations Assisting guests with reservations and future bookings Posting charges and processing guest transactions accurately Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries Following resort policies, procedures, and safety standards Helping with other projects that contribute to an outstanding guest experience

Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance
- Intermediate computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
- Hotel front desk experience, a plus
