Customer Service Representative

Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality service and products. Greet customers warmly, whether on the phone or in person, and answer menu questions. Address guest service complaints promptly and professionally, turning negative situations into positive ones. Perform all the duties of the Customer Service Representatives General Job Duties Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Help keep equipment and facility clean during shift. Take customer orders to parking lot for car side service. Minimum Job Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States. Criminal background check meeting company standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable transportation. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
