  Responsibilities
  
  
  • Provide direct patient care while leading by example
    
    
  • Guide a team of clinicians and support staff, fostering a professional, collaborative environment
    
    
  • Drive clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence
    
    
  • Partner with leadership on staffing, budget awareness, and continuous improvement initiatives
    
    
  • Engage with local partners, clients, and payers
    
    
  • Mentor residents and students (opportunity available)
  Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted medical license
    
    
  • DEA and dispensing license (or ability to obtain)
    
    
  • Eligible for Medicare participation
    
    
  • Board certified/eligible in ABMS or AOA specialty
    
    
  • Occupational medicine training provided; FMCSA certification welcomed or willingness to obtain
