Assembly Workers - 4 Openings | Medical Equipment Manufacturing

Location: Tampa Bay, FL
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Shift: Monday-Friday| 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM |4/10-Hour Shifts OR 7AM - 3:30PM M- F
Pay: $15.00/hour
Start Date: Immediate Openings

Assemblers will help build medical equipment , working in a clean, organized, and fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required - we're willing to train!

Key Responsibilities:

Follow written instructions and diagrams to accurately assemble medical devices and equipment
Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks
Inspect parts and components for accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Stand for the entire duration of the 10-hour shift

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Must be able to stand for long periods (entire shift)
Must be able to work quickly and accurately under time constraints
Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required - training provided!
Reliable and punctual attendance

Schedule & Compensation:

Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Work Week: You will be assigned to work four (4) days/week, 10 hour shifts OR 7AM - 3:30PM M- F
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Paid Holidays after 30 days
Full-time hours, consistent schedule
