Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Hardware Technician:

• Assemble, maintain, and repair equipment and hardware systems as required

• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks

• Follow instructions and interpret diagrams, schematics, or technical documentation

• Document completed work accurately and maintain clear records

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization

• Deliver professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused support

• Continuously learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced work environment

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Technical aptitude and a strong interest in electronics or hardware systems

• Experience with equipment assembly, maintenance, or repair

• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused mindset

• Ability to follow instructions, read diagrams, and document work clearly

• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment

• Background check and drug test required
