Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits Package

Job Overview
The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, financial performance, employee development, and guest satisfaction , ensuring that Popeyes' high standards are upheld at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations , ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Hire, train, and develop employees to create a strong, customer-focused team.
- Manage labor, food, and operational costs to maximize profit margins.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations .
- Implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience .
- Handle customer service concerns in a professional and effective manner.
- Monitor and maintain financial reports, inventory levels, and operational efficiency .
- Lead by example to foster a positive work environment and maintain employee morale.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (Quick Service Restaurant/QSR preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills .
- Experience with POS systems, inventory tracking, and financial reporting .
- Ability to train and motivate employees , ensuring top performance.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities .
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays .
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000 - $75,000 annual salary (DOE)
