Shifts available: 2nd shift Thurs-Sun, 2pm-12:30am (20% Shift Differential offered) 1st shift Tues-Sat, 5am-1:30pm (5% Shift Differential offered) Required Qualifications 1+ year experience in an IHC/histology lab, or 2 years as a Histology Technician Trainee, or 1 year as a trainee plus completion of a NAACLS-accredited Histology program Must meet high-complexity requirements: Bachelor's degree in chemical, biological, clinical/medical lab science, or medical technology OR Associate degree in laboratory science or medical lab technology OR 60 semester hours (or equivalent) including: 24 hours of medical lab technology courses OR 24 hours of science (6 chemistry, 6 biology, 12 additional in chemistry/biology/MLT) AND Completion of an accredited clinical lab training program (ABHES or CAAHEP), or At least 3 months of documented IHC/histology high-complexity lab training Preferred Qualifications HT/HTL (ASCP) certification eligible and preferred.
