What You Will Do Serve as a day-to-day contact for customers across assigned accounts, guiding orders from entry through delivery. Manage order updates, shipment timing, expedite requests, returns, and service follow up inside ERP driven workflows. Partner with sales, scheduling, operations, marketing, and plant teams to keep customers informed and issues moving toward closure. Investigate service concerns, document next steps, and escalate exceptions when turnaround, quality, or delivery expectations are at risk. Maintain accurate records, open order visibility, and service-related reporting that supports response time and order accuracy goals. Build trust with customers through clear communication, ownership, and reliable follow through in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Contribute ideas that improve handoffs, reduce repeat issues, and strengthen the overall customer experience. Support broader team priorities as needed, including occasional travel for customer or business needs. What We Are Looking For At least 3 years of customer service, customer operations, or order management experience. Prior experience in a manufacturing, industrial, packaging, distribution, or similarly operations focused environment is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of order to cash processes, including order entry, shipment coordination, and customer issue resolution. Experience using ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Plex, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across multiple internal teams. High level of accountability, organization, and consistency in a role that requires follow through and attention to detail. Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
