Every day you will perform a broad spectrum of elective and acute care responsibilities, including a variety of surgical procedures, with a focus on utilizing minimally invasive techniques. You will operate at a Dignity Health affiliate hospital (Mercy Hospital of Folsom) and an outpatient surgery center, leveraging advanced resources such as daVinci surgical systems and a full complement of radiology services. This role includes robust and shared call duties with 24/7 anesthesia coverage, dedicated surgical block time, and the exciting prospect to build your own elective practice over time, flexing your entrepreneurial muscles if desired.

• Completion of an ACGME accredited training program

• Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery
\n
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
\n
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a strong understanding of general surgery conditions

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
\n
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
