White Plains, VA | Lake Gaston HVAC & Plumbing (serving the Lake Gaston Region - NC & VA)
$65,000-$95,000/yr + Performance Bonuses
This is not a maintenance position. This is not a position for someone looking to simply manage what already exists. We're looking for a leader who wants to build something.
Lake Gaston HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is growing fast, and we need a strong operator who can keep techs productive, customers happy, and the numbers moving in the right direction. If you're an entrepreneur trapped in an employee role, this may be exactly what you're looking for.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and schedule field technicians and office staff
- - Own dispatch, capacity, and daily job flow
- - Track KPIs - revenue, close rates, callbacks, reviews
- - Coach the team and hold quality standards
- - Partner with ownership on growth
What We're Looking For
- Operations or field-service management experience (HVAC/plumbing a plus)
- - Strong leadership and communication skills
- - Comfortable with field-service software and numbers
- - Valid driver's license
