Pre-Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and personable Pre-Litigation Attorney to join a plaintiff-focused personal injury legal team in Sacramento. This opportunity is well suited for an attorney who has recently passed the California Bar, is awaiting Bar results, or is an early-career attorney looking to develop strong practical experience in personal injury law. The attorney will work closely with experienced legal professionals and receive hands-on training and mentorship while managing real cases. The role provides an opportunity to develop skills in case evaluation, client communication, legal research, medical record review, insurance negotiations, settlement strategy, and case management. This is a pre-litigation position and does not involve courtroom litigation, allowing the attorney to build a strong foundation in personal injury practice.
