I am seeking an experienced mid-senior level attorney to join a great firm's active litigation practice. This dynamic and growing practice offers considerable hands-on litigation experience and significant client responsibility in a collaborative team environment. An entrepreneurial approach to your practice will be encouraged and rewarded. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience, in both trial and appellate court litigation and will be smart, energetic, self-sufficient, and looking for challenges. Background 3-7 years of litigation experience Represents health care providers in federal court, state court and administrative agencies Engage in pre-litigation activities including internal investigations Strong academic background Admitted in CA Benefits Competitive salary Good benefits package Significant client responsibility in a collaborative team environment Salary will be commensurate with experience.
